The Pre-Save Fan Notification is available to anyone with a paid plan. Accounts with either Artist or Artist Pro will get up to 50 free messages a month while accounts on either the Marketer or Pro Marketer plans will get up to 200 free messages a month.
If you need more messages to cover the number of fans that pre-saved your music, we’ll still send to all fans that pre-saved, and you’ll see the remaining messages will be included in your upcoming invoice at a rate of $0.005/message. You can track the usage and amount on the Account Settings > Billing page.
